Husband Of Ibadan Lawyer Accused Of Murder, Stabbed Himself to Death



Michael Lana, a protection witness in the murder body of evidence against a female attorney, Yewande Oyediran, on Wednesday told an Oyo State High Court in Ibadan that the expired, Lowo, erroneously wounded himself to death.
Yewande, a staff of the Department of the Public Prosecution, Oyo State of Ministry of Justice, professedly killed Lowo, her significant other, by wounding him with a blade on February 2 at Akobo region of Ibadan.

Mr. Lana, an attorney, while being driven in confirmation by the litigant's advice, Leye Adepoju, said that the landowner of the couple, Akinpelu Adelodun, revealed to him that Lowo erroneously cut himself while he (Adelodun) was attempting to settle the battle between the couple.
The witness said Mr. Adelodun likewise revealed to him that Yewande turned out from the house yelling for help while Lowo was pursuing her with a blade.

He said Mr. Adelodun educated him that Lowo had held down Yewande alongside his auto, including that he (landowner) could protect Yewande while Lowo erroneously cut himself in the neck.
Mr. Lana, who said he was a relative of Mr, Adelodun, included that the landowner called him on telephone to his living arrangement as a legal counselor to portray the occurrence to him.
He additionally said that the proprietor asked for his recommendation on a letter sent from the court welcoming him (Adelodun) to come and give prove in court.

The witness said Mr. Adelodun additionally revealed to him that he didn't give the police the genuine blade that wounded the perished, including that another blade was taken away as the murder weapon.
