Army Air Strike Wounds Boko Haram Leader.



The Nigerian armed force affirmed to have "lethally injured" the pioneer of Boko Haram, Abubakar Shekau, in an air strike focusing on a meeting of the Islamist gathering's leaders. 

Shekau and other senior aggressors had accumulated for petitions on Friday when they were hit by what the Nigerian armed force called an "aviation based armed forces strike".

It said various leaders were affirmed dead, naming them as Abubakar Mubi, Malam Nuhu and Malam Hamman, and said Shekau was "accepted to be lethally injured on his shoulders". 

Sani Kukasheka Usman, a colonel and acting chief of armed force advertising, portrayed the strikes as "the most extraordinary and dynamite air attack". 

He said the assault occurred "while the fear mongers were performing Friday ceremonies" at Taye town, Gombale general zone inside Sambisa woodland, Borno State. "A few different psychological militants were injured," he said. 

It is not the first run through the Nigerian armed force has reported the demise of Shekau, who drove a split away group of Boko Haram when the principle greater part of the gathering pronounced fidelity to Isis.
