A gigantic explosion has been accounted for in Secretariat of the Isoko Development Union in Oleh, a college town in Delta State.
As indicated by Premium Times, the impact leveled the office, famously known as Isoko House, hours after the union started its yearly meeting there.

Witnesses trust the occurrence was an organized assault.

The oil-rich Niger Delta area has seen a few assaults in the previous seven months, as isolated aggressor bunches bomb oil establishments on week after week premise.
