Three Super Eagle Players Make 2016 Glo-CAF Award List.

The Confederation of African Football late on Saturday in Cairo discharged the rundown of 30 shortlisted players including three Nigerians, Mikel Obi of Chelsea, Ahmed Musa of Leicester City and Kelechi Iheanacho of Manchester City for African Player of the Year Awards close by 25 candidates for African Player of the Year, situated in Africa.

The designation of the three players has been lauded by Nigerians, with greater part of them trusting that one of the chosen people will develop the landmasses' main player at the 2016 Glo CAF Awards celebration in Abuja on January 5, 2017.

As indicated by the Group Sports Editor of Nation Newspapers, Ade Ojeikere, "This is a decent advancement. We should trust that they will in the long run make the main three and one of them will pick the honor after numerous years."

CAF will discharge a waitlist of Top 10 players in the coming weeks.
